Make a Difference Close to Home

Going on a mission trip doesn't always mean going far from home. There are big needs in our country, and sometimes even in our own backyards. This story from a recent missions team to Appalachia is a great reminder of how God can use us to help our neighbors if we make ourselves available and listen to his voice. Kids’ Perspectives on Family Mission Trip

Last week over 70 people arrived to the Ranch in Dandridge Tennessee for an Adventures Encounter Family mission trip. The ages on this family trip ranged from 7-years-old to 70-years young. At the end of the trip they asked the kids what God had taught them. Here are their responses. Family Mission Trips: Why Go?

You may have noticed last month, much of our attention has been focused on the over 40 children who were being trafficked, neglected and/or abused at the Son of God orphanage. Thanks to your intercession and support, the media picked up the story, and the orphanage was shut down.  We as a ministry have been so encouraged by how the family of God at large have rallied around these children. Thank you for your praying and advocating for the children of the Son of God orphanage.
